It was in Las Vegas where she also met her now-husband, who introduced her to the structural steel erection industry. Seeing a rare opportunity, Elena did not hesitate. She jumped in with full force, bringing with her the work ethic, people skills, and emotional intelligence forged from her nightlife experience. Her natural ability to lead, connect, and deliver results quickly earned her a strong reputation in the industry.

Known for his strong field presence, clear communication, and proactive leadership, Christian has built a safety-first culture rooted in accountability, precision, and respect.

He brings specialized expertise in high-risk steel erection environments, with a focus on fall protection, rigging, crane operations, signaling, and overall jobsite safety. Christian ensures full compliance with OSHA Subpart R and other critical safety standards through consistent site inspections, crew training, and real-time risk assessments.

Christian is certified in OSHA 30, Fall Protection Competent Person, Signalperson/Rigger, Flagger, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Structural Steel Safety. His combination of technical knowledge and field experience allows him to lead with credibility and connect with crews on a personal level.

Proud of his Texan and Honduran roots, Christian brings a strong sense of culture, pride, and hard work ethic into everything he does. He relocated from Texas to work alongside his sister and brother-in-law, staying true to his values of family, loyalty, and dedication. Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with his fiancée watching his two sons play baseball—both gifted with talent and love for the game—while trying (and usually failing) to get his energetic daughter to sit still in the stands. With her fiery spirit and boundless energy, she is the real MVP of the bleachers.
